- two medium size pork chops
- four medium onions - chopped small
- one medium carrot or 6-8 baby carrots cut up in small rounds
- one clove of garlic - finely crushed
- two table spoons of white wine vinaigrette
Procedure
- preheat oven at 375
- in a covered oven pan put olive oil barely on the bottom
- add clean pork chops and add salt and pepper all over them
- then sparkle the crushed garlic all over them
- add the chopped onions and the cut-up carrots
- put the covered pan in the oven while lowering the temperature at 360
- check occasionally to see if meat is tender
- when tender, add the two table spoons of white wine vinaigrette and take off cover
- leave until has reached desired color
